Holmgrens Fritid is one of Sweden's largest dealers of leisure vehicles and part of Holmgrens Group. We are located in Öggestorp outside Jönköping as well as in Värnamo, Västervik, and Växjö. We offer both new and used motorhomes and caravans, and our workshops perform service, troubleshooting, testing, and damage repairs.

About the job As a service advisor with us, you will help our customers lead a safer life with their leisure vehicles with drive and commitment. Together with your colleagues, you will create an atmosphere in our customer reception that impresses our customers!

Main responsibilities:

  • Meet customers over the counter and phone

  • Sell, administer, and invoice workshop services, spare parts, and accessories

  • Plan the daily operations of the workshop

  • Handle warranties and insurance matters

  • Ensure that colleagues in the workshop have the right parts for their work

  • Perform trade-in tests, moisture tests, and simpler service jobs

  • Team leader role for the workshop and customer reception

During spring and summer, which is our peak season, we have high demand, a large customer flow, and many transactions across all departments. The best possible service, a good atmosphere, and a cheerful mood permeate our company, and it is important that these qualities are maintained even during peak season. About you You build good relationships and have the ability to find the right solutions for the customer. With your own drive and positive energy, you create joy at work, and you work well both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a customer-facing role and administrative tasks. You enjoy varied workdays and can handle unexpected situations with a solution-focused approach. You have good structure and are used to working in several different systems daily. It is desirable but not required to have worked in the Cabas system. If necessary, you need to assist with practical tasks in the workshop, so we are looking for someone who is skilled in craftsmanship. Experience in similar work is an advantage but not decisive – the most important thing is your willingness to deliver a first-class customer experience.

The role also includes being a team leader with the task of contributing to good planning and structure, as well as supporting colleagues and building the team - all to ensure we reach our goals together. If you have previously held a role where you led others, that is an advantage, but the most important thing is the willingness and commitment to grow into the role.

The position is full-time and a permanent position, starting with a six-month probationary period. A B driver's license is required.
